Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my Spark Pro purchase on a new device?

Open Spark → Settings → Spark Pro → tap your active subscription card → "Restore Purchases". Apple verifies your Apple ID and reactivates Pro automatically. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

How do I cancel my Spark Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Spark. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find Spark in the list, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You will keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime in-app purchase is a one-time payment and cannot be cancelled or refunded after the initial 14-day Apple refund window.

I'm a Free user. What happens to my old matches when I exceed the 5-match limit?

Free users keep the 5 most recent matches. When you save a 6th match, the oldest Free match is automatically removed (LIFO). Matches you saved while you had a Spark Pro subscription are preserved forever, even if you later downgrade to Free.

How do I delete my Spark account and all my cloud data?

If you signed in with Apple, open Spark → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. The two-step confirmation deletes your account, all local data on this device, and all server-side data associated with you. The action is irreversible. For data deletion without account deletion, email [email protected].

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Send an email to [email protected] with a short description. Screenshots and the iOS / Spark version (Settings shows the version at the bottom) help a lot. We read every email and bug reports go straight into the v1.x triage list.

Can I change the app's language?

Spark v1.0 supports English and Spanish. It follows your iOS device language automatically. To switch manually, go to iOS Settings → Spark → Language. French, German and Japanese are planned for upcoming versions.
